At Estelle Colored Glass, we want you to be delighted with your hand-blown treasures. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, original condition glassware within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the glassware in its original boutique packaging and shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
